11/8/11—the trees in my neighborhood are orange now

10/29/11—it’s so strange to see snow and colorful trees together

so many beautiful cards!
10/9—To my amazing family: thank you. Thank you so much for an amazing 21st birthday I could never forget. God has truly blessed me with the most beautiful people in my life and I could never thank him enough. Thank you to those who couldn’t make it, but somehow still signed a card. Thank you for coming even though I know how packed your schedule is and how tired you must have been after the retreat. A very big thank you to my parents (who drove 4hrs here and back!), Sooyon, Amy and everyone who helped put this surprise together. All of you deserve to go to hollywood..your acting is impeccable. Thank you for the gifts and flowers. Thank you for the cards. I’ve never seen this side of some of you lol! Reading them made all of these fuzzy feelings ball up inside, I’m glad I didn’t read them in front of you. I don’t deserve you guys, but I guess that’s how God works. When I don’t deserve a thing, he gives me everything. I love you all very much =) Thank you!
I took this photo with my blackberry behind my apartment the other day when I forgot my keys (thank goodness candice was on her way home). The leaves are already starting to fall and change color. East coast wins when it comes to the transitions of the seasons, especially summer to fall. It’s a very beautiful thing.
9/14—vanilla cupcakes with blackberry icing for our family group tonight♥(recipe)

9/8—when the train got to the 1st ave stop this morning, it was way too crowded so i decided to wait for the next one, but this crippled grandpa stopped the doors and yelled, “HONEY GET IN!” so because of this kind, brave man..i got to work on time =)
